Mehdi Khanmohammadi is the CEO of Sahar Bread Industrial Group

Sahar Bread Nan Sahar has started its activities in 1971, in the field of bread production, under the title ˝Nan Boulaki Pazi Sahar˝. From commencement, Sahar Group has maintained connection with grand international companies in European Countries, and took long steps for promotion the quality level, variety, and reducing the wastage of volume and semi-volume bread.
Nan Sahar Industrial began to operate as the pioneer in the baking industry, machineries, and improvers in four following groups, and is working on its research and productive activities with increasing growth.
1- Pishraft Pokht Industries; Producer of machineries for baking volume bread and pastry from 1984.
2- Samin Nan Sahar Co.; Producer of different kinds of improvers and additives for bread and pastry Industries from 1997.
3- Nan Sahar Co.; Production of different kinds of volume and Semi-volume bread from 1971.
4- Nan Sahar School; Performing specialized baking courses from 2006.
Nan Sahar building is located at Shariati St. with an area of 2500 sq.m. (including administrative, commercial, production, and research sections), and is ready to give services and information to customers.


 
Sahar Bread
Sahar Industrial Group with more than 3 decades past records is one of the most skillful and technical baking groups nationwide; Sahar Group has been producing volume and semi-volume bread with desirable and eatable quality, using skilled personnel together with the experienced technical experts of cereal industries. Samin Nan Sahar
Another activity of Sahar Industrial Group related to Samin Nan Sahar Co., which is pioneer in the production of cereal improvers and related products.
Samin Nan Sahar Co. started its activities in 1997 enjoying an experience of more than 26 years in bread industry. It has, during the said period, always cooperated with pioneer companies in the world to apply the advantages of technical knowledge and advanced technology, meanwhile Sahar Group has started to produce cereal improvers in its research and development center by the use of different sections such as equipped chemical and microbiological labs, education center, pilot plants, production halls, and advanced machinery. Pishraft Pokht Industries
Pishraft Pokht Ind. Started its  activities and production of baking machineries in 1984, enjoying skillful technician and modern technology of production of baking machineries, specially the technology of Germany; Pishraft Pokht Ind. Send its productions to the market in the beginning of 1989. Pishraft Pokht Ind. proud on providing the internal markets as well as exporting its production to European, African, and Arabic Countries of Persian Golf. According to surrey in Iranian markets, production of this company covers more than 40 % of whole machinery used by customers. Sahar Bread School
For the first time in Iran, Sahar volume and semi-volume bread school established by the official license of Technical and Vocational Education Organization of Iran, using skilled staffs in the fields of general training for volume and semi-volume bread, skilled dough maker, and skilled oven in charge.
